The service
Mailroom gives MCP clients access to a mailbox you connect, using credentials you provide. You must own the mailbox or be authorized to connect it, and you're responsible for actions your AI client takes through your API keys, including messages sent with confirm=true and messages moved or deleted.
Destructive actions
Some tools change your mailbox: move_message moves mail between folders, flag_message changes flags and with action=deleted moves a message to your Trash folder, empty_trash permanently deletes everything in Trash when called with confirm=true, and send_email sends mail when confirmed. Keep per-tool approval on in your client for these tools.
Acceptable use
No spam, bulk unsolicited mail, phishing, or anything illegal. No attempts to break, overload, or bypass limits of the service. We may suspend accounts that do.
Plans and billing
The Free plan is free. Paid plans aren't available yet; we'll publish prices and billing terms before charging anyone.
Availability and warranty
Mailroom is an early-stage service provided "as is", without warranties. It may change or have downtime. To the extent the law allows, our liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the last 12 months.
Ending
You can delete your account at any time from the dashboard. We may end the service with reasonable notice.
